Description
About Turmeric Honey
The delicate sweetness of the honey is balanced by the earthy character of turmeric, which makes this a savoury-sweet infusion. It is slowly infused at low temperatures, and the creamy base lets the turmeric blend in smoothly.
Of all our infusions it behaves most like a cooking ingredient. It glazes roasted vegetables and poultry, and it works in marinades and dressings. Many customers also enjoy a spoonful stirred into warm milk, or swirled through porridge.
