About Cranachan Honey
Cranachan was traditionally a celebration of summer, prepared when raspberry bushes were heavy with fruit. Its origins can be traced to rural Scotland, where simple seasonal ingredients were turned into something special. Recipes have evolved over the centuries, but the heart of it has always been raspberries, cream and honey, and the later addition of whisky brought warmth and depth.
This jar brings those flavours into a honey that suits everyday breakfasts as well as special occasions. The alcohol is evaporated during production.
