Description
About Forest Honey
The bees collect from a wide range of plants and woodland sources that bloom throughout the summer, and that variety is what gives the honey a darker appearance than many floral honeys, and a warm character that is not overly sweet.
Customers who enjoy deeper, more complex flavours tend to choose it. Staff recommend it to anyone who asks for something strong, along with buckwheat, honeydew and heather honey, because these honeys have richer flavours and more complex aromas.
