It is a beautifully balanced infusion that feels both nostalgic and versatile. The texture is smooth enough to spread on toast or stir straight into a drink. The alcohol is evaporated during production.
It is a cosy favourite for chilly evenings, and particularly popular during autumn and winter. Like our other infusions except Rose, it is made with our Scottish Highland Spring Honey, whose smooth texture lets it dissolve easily into hot water.
