Description
About Scottish Blossom Honeycomb
Each cell in the comb is filled with honey by the bees and sealed with a thin wax cap. The comb is harvested exactly as the bees made it, and the beeswax is edible. Eating it combines the flavour of the honey with the texture of fresh beeswax, and a lighter comb like this one is the easier place to start.
It comes from Jupiter Artland, the same estate as our Scottish Blossom Honey, where the land is managed to encourage biodiversity. It is completely natural and minimally processed, and a popular gift choice.
