Our infused honey set comes ready with the Cosy Season trio, three infusions made with our Scottish Highland Spring Honey from East Lothian. Every jar can be swapped for one of these.

- Acacia Honey: mild, sweet and floral, with hints of vanilla.
- Forest Honey: warm and woody, less sweet than floral honeys.
- Sunflower Honey: bright and mildly sweet.
- Buckwheat Honey: bold and malty, with a rich character.
- Linden Honey: herbal, with a subtle citrus sweetness.
- Coriander Honey: delicate spice notes and a subtle coriander aftertaste.
- Rose Infused Acacia Honey: light, sweet and highly aromatic.

Pairings
Lemon and Ginger Honey stirred into warm water or tea. Turmeric Honey in warm milk, or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Gingerbread Honey on morning toast or in festive baking.
