About Gingerbread Honey
It looks and smells like a freshly baked gingerbread house. The spices are real, the clove adds warmth and depth, and the honey underneath comes from East Lothian.
It is rich, comforting and unmistakably seasonal, and it is at its most popular in autumn and at Christmas. It also works in porridge and yoghurt all year, and a spoonful stirred into an evening tea or a hot toddy brings the same spices to a warm drink.
