Description
About Coriander Honey
Coriander is native to the Mediterranean and has been used in cooking for centuries, in Indian, Mexican, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine among others. As a nectar source it is highly dependent on the weather, so a good harvest comes only when conditions are right, and that is what makes this honey rare.
The coriander flavour is distinctive and gentle. It arrives at the end, as a subtle aftertaste.

The flavour of this honey is amazing, caramel like, its a pleasure to have it on its own, although I usually sweeten my porridge with it.
