About Linden Honey
The linden tree holds deep historical and cultural significance in Poland, and it is famous for its fragrant flowers. The Polish word for July, lipiec, is derived from the name of the tree, which flowers in midsummer.
When very fresh, the honey can have a slight greenish tint. Over time it develops into a clear amber honey with golden tones. It is particularly popular among customers who already know Eastern European honey traditions.
