For three generations, Edinburgh Honey Co. has nurtured bees using traditional, hands‑on methods. Our Linden Honey is sourced from remote linden groves where bees gather rare blossoms in June and July—trees treasured for their fragrant nectar and natural health benefits.
We gently harvest and handle each jar of honey without heating or filtering, preserving its aroma, natural nutrients, and medicinal virtues. It’s honey born of heritage—and harvested with care.
